Dr. Vincenti has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, both as a consultant and as an executive in financial institutions. Before founding Alvana Inc., Dr. Vincenti owned and operated a large insurance agency in Italy and also managed the Wealth Management Division of a Canadian Credit Union.

Dr. Vincenti is considered particularly skilled in managing relationships and helping companies during the difficult challenges of change. He is a strong, enthusiastic motivator who brings a high level of integrity to the services he offers his clients.

 

Dr. Vincenti believes in a holistic approach to business management, where business solutions are achieved through a mixed approach that blends the study/understanding of processes and economics with people.
 

He believes in creating and sustaining the environment(s) necessary to promote the creation and sharing of knowledge. It is, in essence, a learning organization that supports the strategic goals and objectives of an organization.
