Dr. Vincenti professional background

Dr. Vincenti has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, both as a consultant and as an executive in financial institutions. Prior to founding Alvana Inc., Dr. Vincenti owned and operated a large insurance agency in Italy and also managed the Wealth Management Division of a Canadian Credit Union.

Dr. Vincenti is considered particularly skilled in managing relationships and helping companies during the difficult challenges of change. He is a strong, enthusiastic motivator, bringing a high level of integrity to the services he offers his clients.

 

Dr. Vincenti  believes in a holistic approach to business management where business solutions are achieved with a mixed approach that blends the study/understanding of processes and economics with people .
 

He believes in creating and sustaining the environment(s) necessary to promote the creation and sharing of knowledge. It is, in essence, a learning organization that supports the strategic goals and objectives of an organization.

Dr. Vincenti is also faculty member for Royal Roads University, Victoria, BC (Canada), Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU), Vancouver, BC (Canada), Yorkville University Vancouver, BC, (Canada), and University Canada West, Vancouver, BC (Canada).

Dr. Vincenti’s experience lies in strategic business planning with a focus on international development.
